1. About Eden Webs
Eden Webs provides website design, hosting, maintenance and related digital services.
2. Website Package
Includes up to 3 pages, responsive design, contact form, WhatsApp integration, basic SEO, SSL certificate, one revision and standard setup.
3. Exclusions
eCommerce, booking systems, custom development, logo design, copywriting, additional pages, premium plugins and other services unless quoted separately.
4. Hosting
Hosting and maintenance is R299/month and includes hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and support.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required content, logos, images and information.
6. Timeframes
Typical delivery is 7–10 working days after payment and receipt of all required content.
7. Revisions
One revision round is included. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.
8. Payments
Setup fees are payable before work commences. Hosting is payable monthly in advance.
9. Non-Refundable Payments
Website design is a custom digital service. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
10. Ownership
Ownership transfers once all invoices have been paid in full.
11. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of supplied content. Eden Webs retains ownership of its development methodologies.
12. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party providers.
13. Availability
Uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
14. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by South African law.
15. Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for all supplied content.
16. Domain Names
Annual renewal fees apply.
17. Suspension
Services may be suspended for non-payment or breach of these terms.
18. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
19. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of South Africa.
20. Amendments
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
